Better post tonight

That was sort of fired off in the last moments last night but I wanted to say I did it. I got Goober up and running now.

I have to work a bit on the home page and then figure out if there is a way I can graphically touch up my comics before posting them. There are a few eraser lines on some of them and some minor smudges, both of which don't come up so easily (note this is part of my super picky side, as the comic is perfectly fine just not exactly how I'd like it.) Using public access computers and such I don't get to pick what programs I can use. And MS paint is not capable of doing very much. If I had my OOOOld mac I could easily fix it with the claris works drawing program.

That's part of why I want to get a pre-X mac laptop. It would work with my scanner, my printer, the tablet I have and it would work with all my old software and allow me to work any time rather then only when the lab is open.

And the old mac that was good enough for me was so behind top of the line that laptops with an upgrade in capabilities are considered waaay out of date. Yet people keep asking several hundred dollars for them.

It's like the rental of apartments that I've been looking into lately. So many people are asking 800-900 dollars a month plus part of the utilities to rent a room in a two bedroom place. That's with shared bath and kitchen.

What are you kidding me? I know people who don't pay that in morgtage and monthly breakdown of taxes and insurance.

Well I gotta go check some things out tonight and take care of some things before I get my butt into the script writing tomorrow. Things need taking care of.
