my sleeping patterns are all messed up and justnot seeming to get any better.
I get a decent number of hours some nights and wake up exhausted, and then some days I be awakened after four hours of sleep and not be able to fall asleep again.
I'm pushing to get several of my projeects done, but I'm not working that hard.
What's really tripping me up is there are a few things that I need to do during the day but waking up at 5-9pm really doesn't help me do them. Nor does falling asleep between 7am and 10 am.
I've really got to be up and taking care of stuff early tomorrow so no matter what I will have to force myself to get up and move around.
I don't know if it's the heat or what, but I've got to fix this.

The heat has been messing with my sleep. Soooo... I'll vote the heat for you too. Seems logical does it not?
