I've found myself wondering where have all the toys gone?
Not the flashy and shiny things that clutter kids rooms or whir and beep their way into stores and home around the country, but real toys.
The Kalidescopes and gyroscopes, the yoyos, and spyrographs, the cup and balls and there timeless kin.
I have had an urge to find and tinker with kalidescopes lately, thinking of ways to alter them and create new and intresting one for my own amusement and the amusment of others around me. I looked in all the places one might go in search of toys and have not found anything at all of these old classics, they are gone from this world and I missed their passing.
